Growing up in Myddfai, with its remarkable tradition of herbal medicine, dating back to the 13th Century Physicians of Myddfai, forms the roots of my passion for plants. The outstanding welsh wildlife and rich heritage, collaboration with Botanical Gardens and community projects, together with international ethnobotanical research continues to inspire my work with plants as medicine.

May 19th 2012 I married the amazing Tom Bean in Myddfai..
As a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH) I practice as a Consultant Medical Herbalist.
We see Herbal Medicine as a gentle yet effective way to treat a diverse range of ailments for all ages. From eczema to hay fever, high blood pressure to insomnia.
Pop in to our dispensary for minor ailments or for more chronic conditions book in for a full consultation.
